New research has revealed the UK’s luckiest casinos, with Grosvenor Casino in Northampton taking the top spot. The study, conducted by experts at Gambling ‘N Go, analysed TripAdvisor reviews for over 130 casinos across the country to determine where players are most likely to feel lucky.
Gambling ‘N Go examined reviews from 54 casinos with at least 50 TripAdvisor reviews each. The analysis focused on more than 180 keywords associated with luck, such as “big payout” and “huge win.” From these, the percentage of reviews featuring such keywords was calculated to determine the luckiest gambling venues in the UK.
Grosvenor Casino in Northampton, located in Northamptonshire, emerged as the number one casino for luck, with 38.18% of its 55 TripAdvisor reviews mentioning keywords suggesting luck. Out of those reviews, 21 referenced lucky experiences at the venue.

In second place is Alea Casino in Glasgow, Lanarkshire, where 31.51% of its 146 reviews contained mentions of luck, making it the highest-ranked casino in Scotland. Alea Casino was the only Scottish venue to feature in the top 10, with 46 reviews out of the 146 referencing a lucky experience.
Rounding out the top three is another Grosvenor venue, Grosvenor Casino Birmingham Broad Street, where 30.88% of its 68 reviews contained keywords suggesting good fortune. With 21 reviews referencing luck, this casino stands as one of the luckiest in the West Midlands.
Brighton’s Rendezvous Casino comes in fourth, with 30.71% of reviews highlighting lucky experiences, while Grosvenor Casino in Didsbury, Greater Manchester, ranks fifth with 30% of reviews mentioning luck.
Other high-ranking venues include Aspers Casino in Westfield Stratford City, London, where 29.78% of its reviews contain lucky keywords, and The Palm Beach Casino in London, which is seventh with 29.55%. The only casino in Cornwall to make the top 10 is Grand Casino Amusements in Penzance, ranking eighth with 29.41%.
Genting Casino in Blackpool, Lancashire, claims ninth place, with 26.95% of its reviews referencing luck, while The Grosvenor Victoria Casino in London rounds off the top 10 with 26.88%.
A spokesperson for Gambling ‘N Go commented on the findings, saying: “It’s fascinating to see the majority of the top 10 luckiest casinos located in southern regions of the UK, with London standing out as a particularly lucky spot for players. London features three casinos in the ranking, highlighting the capital’s reputation as a prime gambling destination.”
The spokesperson also noted Grosvenor Casinos’ strong presence in the ranking. “With four of their locations appearing in the top 10, and three in the top five, it’s clear that Grosvenor Casinos are synonymous with luck, offering players a consistent experience across various regions.”
